What We Do
Exfreight has digitized the freight forwarding experience. Our software talks directly with carriers to quote book and ship your freight. We track your shipments by air every 2 hours, pinging the GPS coordinates of the aircraft. For ocean we receive the latitude and longitude coordinates of the vessel your freight is loaded on every 24 hours. All visible online in the tracking section of your customer portal. Trucking locations are update every six hours by our US, Asian and European staff.
We ensure your final mile delivery is done with an experienced carrier that delivers to Amazon daily. These carriers will coordinate the appointments with Amazon on your behalf and many have dedicated delivery doors at FBA facilities across the US and Europe.
What You Do
It is your or your supplier’s responsibility to ensure your goods are Amazon compliant. Exfreight does not offer Amazon prep services, quality control or buffer warehousing, however we have US and European partners that do. All goods must be labelled & palletized according to Amazon specification.
If you are shipping US pallets (48×40”) to the UK or EU please be aware that they will need to be transloaded at our delivery depot to EU or UK Block pallets. All pallets must meet Amazon specifications of 120 x 100cm UK, 120 x 80cm EU, 4 way Grade A pallets.
